Blooming Good Care Ltd is managed by Lisa, a Health Care Professional with over 24 years of experience. Lisa’s experience ranges from working as a specialised Matron in a large University teaching hospital to managing a unit within a residential nursing home. Furthermore, Lisa also works as an Expert Nurse Witness advising on standards of care.

My name is Nikki Vernon, I have been passionate about providing outstanding care to others since leaving school.

I worked at Leighton Hospital for 15 years on a variety of wards, From here I joined a Domiciliary care agency where I moved up the ranks and eventually became a registered manager. I have 5 years of care home management, residential and Dementia homes where I thoroughly enjoyed making the residents' lives the best they could be.

I joined Blooming good care in November 2024 as Registered Manager and have loved every day here, meeting clients and building an exceptional staff team.
